Description:
The TQ9 produces the greatest amount of exercise variety by
providing a progressive workout platform combining traditional
machine supported, isolation exercises and functional, user
defined and core strengthening movements. Studies show this is
the most effective way to train your body for maximal
performance and efficiency.
Two-station corner design:
- Two station design fits efficiently in a corner.
- Provides optimal exercise variety in the least amount of
user space required.
- Over 100 exercises and exercise variations within a 9 x 8.5
requirement. User space equals 1.3 exercises per square foot.
Press station provides bench supported, traditional
fixed arc press arm for pressing and fly exercises on the
fully adjustable flat to incline to shoulder press bench.
Press arm start position adjustments in 10 increments are
quick and easy from the fingertip control remote press arm
adjustment handle useable from the seated position.
T-grip handles are ergonomically angled to
reduce stress on the wrist during lifts. Durable contoured rubber
handles are of optimal diameter to better distribute load over
your palm for optimal comfort and support.
Press arm arc design is biomechanically
accurate to better mimic the natural pressing motion reducing
unwanted stress on the shoulder joint.
Bench can also be utilized in performing user defined
pressing and fly exercises via the dual swivel base
pulleys incorporating greater muscular recruitment and stabilizer
muscle involvement.

Dual high swivel pulleys each move through 66
range to optimally move with the way your body moves naturally.
Dual swivel base pulleys are positioned to
optimize exercises utilizing the removable adjustable bench, and
exercise ball* or an open exercise platform for standing, self
supporting exercise movements.
Open exercise platform on front tower base:
- Removal of the bench provides open exercise platform
allowing for exercise ball and standing exercises.
- Platform accommodates an exercise ball for a multitude of
ball exercises which recruit additional stabilizer muscles and
enhance balance, coordination and overall results.
- Dual high and base swivel pulleys are 2:1 resistance ratio
when used individually providing half of the selected resistance
as well as doubling the cable travel allowing for finer
resistance increments as well as greater user range of motion
for functional; and core exercise capabilities.
- Open platform also allows for standing, self supported
exercise movements optimizing multiple muscle group movements
including functional, sports specific and core development
training.
